Okay, so what happened was, quag7 was a handle that I started using in 1994, as a result of a, let's say, liminal, dream-like experience regarding "seven quagmires." As time went on, a few things happened:

Seth MacFarlane's Family Guy series debuted five years later, and there's a character on it called Glenn Quagmire, who has nothing to do with my choice of handle. I got tired of people asking about it or referencing that character. My handle had nothing to do with that.

More and more people began using "quag7" as screennames on social media profiles, some inspired by this cartoon character.

Anyway, quag7 is me, The Dust Council, a silly name I use online today. frostwarning.com used to host several websites, but now it's just mine, so I removed the personal directories like ~quag7 and ~pfov. If you are looking for something specific that was once here, I might still have it, and you can mail me via the address on the contact page if you really want it. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't ever remove old parts of the website, but I was a moron. As such, a lot of 404s I see in my logs go to long-extinct resources once hosted here.

Sorry for being a moron.
